Recommendation
- Update all QLX-D devices in a configuration to the same firmware version.
Important
- QLX-D 2.X firmware versions are incompatible with 1.X firmware versions. To ensure all receivers and transmitters in a configuration function with each other, update all devices to the same firmware version.
Improvements
- Support for added hardware revisions
Notes
- To operate QLX-D transmitters with ULX-D receivers and ULX-D transmitters with QLX-D receivers, all devices must be on version 2.X firmware or later.
- To operate this version of QLX-D devices with other Shure networked systems and software, see the following list of recommended versions:
- AXT600 Axient Spectrum Manager 2.1.41
- PSM1000 P10T Transmitters 1.3.6
- ULX-D 2.6.3
- Wireless Workbench 6.15.0
- Shure Update Utility 2.7.2

Improvements
- Improves the consistency and stability of talker coordinates by removing false triggers (noise sources, wrappers, typing, etc.).
Known Issues
- Channel Names are not set in the initial attempt of ‘push-to-Dante’. Dante interface resets when Device Name is set.
- Workaround: Channel Names are set on the 2nd attempt.
- MXA920 LED does not stay on after a reboot if the light settings are set to Unmute = Blue, Mute = Red. Other light combinations work as expected after reboot.
- When a muted dynamic coverage area is moved when a dedicated coverage area has also been established, the mix output of the MXA920 has low-level audio from outside the dedicated coverage area limits.
- Workaround: Unmute and Mute the dynamic coverage area after a dynamic coverage area is moved.

- Command Strings
- Note that Talker Position Events are published for talkers in a coverage area regardless of the mute status of the coverage area. To fully inform camera switching decision logic, subscribe to the Coverage Area Mute Status. See https://pubs.shure.com/command-strings for further information
- To operate this version of MXA920 with Dante Controller, reference the following minimum versions:
- v3.10.2.4 (Windows)
- v3.10.2.3 (Mac OS X)
