New Features
- Device Type – Informs supporting USB-connected codecs the P300 will or will not handle AEC (acoustic echo cancellation). The user or the codec* can then enable or disable the codec’s AEC. *Certified Codecs may support automatic AEC disable or enable based on the device type. Users may also manually enable or disable AEC with supporting codecs.
- Speakerphone: Use when the codec will handle AEC.
- Echo-canceling speakerphone: Use when the P300 will handle AEC.
- Designer’s Optimize workflow chooses Echo-cancelling speakerphone by default.
- USB device type changes take 3-4 seconds and audio drops out briefly. Do not change other settings while this takes effect.
- It may be required to select the P300-IMX as the default audio device in the codec after making changes.
- Added logic device type and EQ contour support for the MXA920 Ceiling Array Microphone
