An Elegant Installation for Lane Clark & Peacock with Microflex Ecosystem
Customer Profile
St Paul’s House is a prominent city centre building located in the heart of Winchester. One of three offices held by major UK-based pensions, investment and insurance consultancy Lane Clark & Peacock LLP (LCP), St. Paul’s House has recently undergone a complete refurbishment with an additional 10,000 sq ft extension, taking the total size of the building to over 27,000sq ft.
Challenge
In keeping with the recent refurbishment, a state-of-the-art system was required with the brief ‘Audio over Visual’ to conduct Microsoft Teams Meetings within the rooms, along with the flexibility for other uses such as conferences, presentations and collaborative meetings.
A minimal celling complexity footprint was also required due to an elegant new suspended sound absorption and diffuser treatment.
Sleek modern looks were a necessity, along with the best sounding audio in class.
Solution
Working with Microsoft AV specialists Symity and Stoke-based integrators Connect Anything, Microflex® Advance™ MXA910 microphones were deployed throughout the divisible space, along with Intellimix® P300 processors and MXN5W-C Dante loudspeakers completing the installation.
Advantages
St. Paul’s House now benefits from a powerful conferencing system, meeting and exceeding the initial ‘Audio over Visual’ brief, while integrating seamlessly into the complex ceiling design.
“Having multiple installation options for the MXA910 was great and we have utilised both the mounting frames and hanging points within the space.” said Luke Stonestreet, IT Project Manager, Lane Clark & Peacock.
“I’m super proud of what we have achieved during a global pandemic, whilst making the meeting spaces futureproof, resilient and sounding great.”
