Shure to present Axient Digital Micro-Bodypack at IBC 2018
Plus New In-Ear Monitoring Components
At the next IBC, September 14 to 18 in Amsterdam, Shure will showcase a variety of professional wireless microphone systems, including the high-tier Axient Digital wireless system as well as its in-ear personal monitor systems, PSM® 900 and PSM® 1000. Visitors will have an opportunity to experience the new ADX1M micro-bodypack, a highlight of the Company’s professional wireless portfolio.
Axient Digital is Shure’s most advanced wireless platform to date and offers two transmitter options, the AD and ADX series, suited for all professional applications. The ADX1M is a small micro-bodypack transmitter with an internal antenna for better concealment and wearing comfort, intended for applications where discreet placement is the priority. The ADX micro-bodypack provides features such as ShowLink® remote control for real-time adjustments and interference avoidance, enabling rock-solid RF transmission for every application.
The PR9A+ and P10R+ replace current bodypack receivers in the renowned PSM 900 and PSM 1000 in-ear personal monitor systems. Designed for live performers, broadcast professionals, sound technicians, and rental agency managers, the P9RA+ and twin-antenna diversity P10R+ deliver enhanced RF performance while preserving the unparalleled audio quality and transparency that the PSM 900 and PSM 1000 are recognized for industry-wide.
Launched earlier this year, the Shure EAC-IFB cable enables easy integration of its Sound Isolating™ Earphones and PSM Wireless Monitor Systems into intercom applications. This clear, durable cable is ideal for on-camera use and facilitates secure, discreet placement.
New additions to the PSM series will be showcased in the Shure booth (stand 35, hall 8) alongside other products in the Company’s broadcast portfolio, including Axient Digital, ULX-D®, QLX-D®, and GLX-D® Advanced as well as shotgun microphones, intercom headsets, and the MOTIV MV88 Digital Stereo Condenser Microphone.
