Known Issues
- The app may crash when connecting or disconnecting Ethernet while the Event Log is open.
- Workaround: Close the Event Log before connecting or disconnecting hardwired Ethernet.
- When updating SLX-D receivers and transmitters at the same time, the update may fail on the first try.

Known Issues

- When updating UHF-R receivers, it is recommended that only a few (2-4) devices are updated at a time.
Notes
- The Shure Update Utility is a stand-alone application, and is meant to replace the Firmware Update Manager that was bundled with Wireless Workbench 6.8 and earlier releases. The Firmware Update Manager will no longer be supported.
- A wired ethernet connection is recommended when updating hardware. Updating over a wireless connection is not supported.
