Giving Back
Being a good corporate citizen, neighbor, and employer is one of the Core Values that we work and live by. Our Associate-led volunteer program, Amplify the Good, works with community organizations all year long to host charitable events like blood drives, corporate races, Special Olympics events, community clean-up projects, food donation and packing events, recycling initiatives, and so much more!
STEM Outreach
Feeding the pipeline of future science, technology, engineering, and math professionals is a top priority at Shure. We host Associate-led tours and community workshops that educate today’s youth about the STEM opportunities available to them. We also support several organizations worldwide to help young people interested in STEM explore potential careers in this area. We look forward to the day when these future Shure Associates can join our team!
Day of Service
Each year, Associates are provided with a paid day off for their choice of community service. By personalizing community involvement, Shure Associates around the world can volunteer for activities that improve their local communities and support the charitable organizations that ignite their passion.
