§ 1 Organiser

The giveaway is organised by Shure Europe GmbH and its affiliates (Shure). Shure is the sole organiser of the giveaway and is not sponsored or supported by any other third party.

§ 2 Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of the Germany who are at least 18 years of age and of full legal capacity. Employees and executives of Shure and its affiliates and their family members (1st and 2nd degree) are not eligible to participate.

Shure reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway for good cause, and to deny or reclaim prizes retroactively. Reasons include, but are not limited to, disregard of these terms and conditions, accomplished or attempted manipulation of the giveaway, accomplished or attempted disruption of or interference with the procedures of the giveaway.

Each participant may only enter the giveaway once via the landing page [https://www.shure.com/de-DE/performance-production/sm7-50th].

§ 3 Prize

After applicable verification and subject to compliance with these terms and conditions, the following prize(s) (each a “Prize”) will be awarded in this Giveaway:

There will be ten (10) winners in total in this Giveaway and each winner will receive the following:

One (1) Signature Edition SM7B Collector’s Boxset. The Signature Edition Boxsets will be individually numbered (1-50) and assigned to each Winner on a random basis. Winners cannot select the unit’s number.

No transfer or substitution of a Prize by Winner permitted except where required by law. If any Prize, or any portion of a Prize, becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may award a substitute Prize of equal or greater value.

 

§ 4 Procedures

The giveaway begins on the 27th of June 2023 and ends on the 21st of August 2023 at 23:59 (CET).

After the deadline to participate in the giveaway closes, the Prize winner will be selected by random drawing to be held on or about Tuesday, August 22, 2023. The winner will be notified by Shure latest within 10 days after the end of the giveaway through an email requesting the winner to respond to Shure to claim the prize. The winner will have 48 hours to reply to Shure by email, or a new winner will be selected. Shure may repeat the foregoing winner selection and notification process until the prize is awarded and claimed by a winner. Information about the winner can be obtained by contacting Shure at the legal address included in the contact section.

Shure is not liable for an incomplete or late submission and is not liable for technical failures.

Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.

Cash alternative, exchange of the prize and transfer of the prize to other persons is not possible.

Shure reserves the right to request from any participant additional documentation it reasonably believes is necessary to validate any entry or to award any prize.

§ 5 Privacy

Shure will collect and process personal data provided by participants for the sole purpose of administering the giveaway and fulfilling the prize. By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by Shure in accordance with Shure's Privacy Policy.

§ 6 Concluding provisions

These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Sales Code (CISG). Judicial proceedings are excluded. The decision of Shure will be final. It is not subject to legal recourse.

Shure assumes no responsibility for any computer, software, online, Internet or technological malfunctions or for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed, mutilated, postage-due or misdirected mail, correspondence, requests, claims or other errors or problems in connection with or relating to the Giveaway. If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as contemplated in these terms and conditions, including if due to computer virus, bugs, tampering or technical failures which compromise the administration or integrity of the Giveaway, Shure, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate or modify the Giveaway.  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a participant who has entered via the Giveaway’s Site, entries will be declared to have been made by the person who is assigned the email address corresponding to the winning entry. All entries become the property of the Shure, and none will be returned.  Shure reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry procedure or the Giveaway’s Site or violates these terms and conditions.
