Known Issues
- With more than 20 devices in location or 60 on the network, some actions will take longer due to increased network traffic.
- When importing a Designer preset file into the MXA910 web application, attempts to immediately export that file out of the web application will fail if it is not first loaded and saved to the MXA910.
- When typing in certain fields, the value may be overwritten if not entered quickly
- When soloing a channel on an MXA310, all channels will show as gated on
- When configuring a single MXA910, rotation of the device will only appear in Location > Coverage Map; go to the location to view the rotated device
- When one or more devices in a location are locked by Dante Domain Manager or Dante Device Lock, operations that affect Dante settings may be unreliable, such as audio routing, pushing virtual to online devices, or enabling audio encryption
- Changing EQ Contour on the MXA710 does not affect active preset indication
- Changing channel count of virtual IMX-Room device does not reset audio settings
- When disassociating online devices from virtual devices multiple times, Optimize may not create expected routes; add new virtual devices and Optimize
- Indications that show on the bottom of the Coverage map page may persist longer than expected
- Forgetting a cross-subnet MXA910 on firmware version 4.1.41 may result in the device being rediscovered; close and re-open Designer or reboot device to see it as forgotten
- When factory resetting a device from Online Devices > Device window, then attempting to add that device to a Location that’s already open and initializing it, the Location and Device window will close; reopen to continue working
- The uninstaller for Designer is not signed
- Users with Astrill VPN installed will not be able to launch the app successfully; contact Shure support for help
- When using IntelliMix Room, Designer may show a red dot and invalid software version for that device after installation. Close and re-open Designer or reboot the machine running IntelliMix Room to fix the issue.
- Certain browser extensions may cause SystemOn to show a message that says “System Unavailable”. If you see this message, please disable your browser extensions.

New Features
- General
- MXC605 support – as delegate, chairman, ambient and interpreter
- MXC605-F support – as delegate, chairman and ambient
- DC5980P support for use in MXC system – as delegate, chairman and interpreter
- DC5900F support for use in MXC system – as delegate and chairman
- Support for additional diagnostics messages from CCU -> CAA/CUA
- CAA
- Support added for NFC fields used in standalone systems
- Support of extended audio range for MXCMIU units when using XLR input
- Support for removing entries in the device table, which has changed unit type. When a device (like MXCMIU, MXC605, MXC615, MXC620, MXC640, DC5980P), which can change unit type, connects to SW6000 with a new unit type compared to the unit type registered in SW6000, the entry with the 'old' unit type is removed. The unit will be registered with the new unit type, making it unnecessary for a user to remove the entry before connecting the CUI in order to get the unit to work with the new unit type.
- CUI
- Serial port communication to legacy CU’s removed, no longer in use.
- TPCI
- Participant names are now always available. Previously, the names were only available if MXC640 units were present.
Bug Fixes
- CUA
- For conference mode ‘automatic login on preferred seat’ with a CUA paired to a device, but PC not online, it was possible to vote from the paired device, but voting session was subsequently cancelled with no result
- In the Interpretation control, it was possible to select 0-floor for outgoing language for MXCIC, which is incorrect.
- If a CUA is registered with no paired conference unit and subsequently replaced with a unit with a conference unit, the unit will not be assigned speaking rights.
- Changing displayed agenda subject on CUA agenda control hides ‘hyperlink’ pane.
- Replacing a conference unit during a meeting will cause CUA microphone on/off feature for the replaced unit to not work.
- If user performs CUA logout in ‘prepared participant seat table' mode, voting rights are removed from the paired device
- Reply button may display incorrect position in reply queue.
- The displayed ‘total logged in’ count was incorrect if a CUA logs in after CUI has lost connection to the CCU.
- Total logged in count is not displayed on the main screen for meeting mode ‘login using code on preferred seat’.
- Using the mimic [All requests off] button while request list is hidden, causes microphones from the list to be switched on.
- Participant logged in using CUA with no paired conference unit will not be displayed on a technician participant list if technician logs in after the participant logs in.
- CAA
- Adding empty entries to a participant list for a meeting with meeting mode ‘login using code on list’ causes exception.
- Exporting participants table to XML can create an exception under specific circumstances.
- Exporting a meeting with meeting mode ‘prepared participant seat table’ that has empty seats in the seat table, causes a failure.
- Importing agenda from XML may cause incomplete import error if participants from the import are not present in the database.
- The duration in conference log reports for ‘no subject’ was wrongly the duration of the entire meeting.
- The ‘delete all’ option in ‘Setup|Equipment|Conference unit’ with some units being online (which cannot be deleted), does initiate a warning, but offline units are subsequently not deleted.
- Manually creating entries for devices and typing in the serial number fails if serial numbers are entered without prefixed 0’s (e.g. 12 instead of 012).
- It was possible to add hyperlinks to an active agenda item, which shall not be possible.
- CUI
- Webservice updates for multi-language meetings sends agenda details in all languages to endpoint. It should only send in selected languages.
- Creating a shortcut fails, if the shortcut has a space in the name.
- A voting session requested from a MXC640 (hardware) shall be rejected if the voting configuration requires mandatory login on a specific seat and login has not been executed.
- Restarting or resuming a meeting does not reopen an active agenda subject from last stop/pause.
Known Issues
- None

New Device and Frequency Band Support
- Added support for Axient Digital AD3 plug-on transmitter monitoring information and IR presets
- Added support for offline coordination of SLX-D wireless microphone systems
Inventory
- Fixed an issue where audio level values were not in sequential order in the item properties sidebar
Notes
- When using the in-app update function, in order to successfully install Wireless Workbench, you must run it as an administrator. Consult your IT department if you have questions about your admin rights on your computer.
- Opening show files created with older versions of Wireless Workbench may result in the Settings Conflicts dialog opening once the file has loaded. This is due to newly supported hardware parameters that have been introduced with updated firmware versions. To maintain all settings from the show file, select "Keep all settings from: Wireless Workbench."
- Alerts logged when devices first come online may list device parameters and their values as they are being discovered even though the parameter values themselves have not changed
Known Issues
- ULX-D receivers running firmware version 2.0.28 or earlier may trigger a Settings Conflict when rediscovered after updating their firmware to version 2.1 or later. There is no issue with the device—there was simply a new property added in version 2.1. To dismiss the alert, resolve the Settings Conflict by selecting the properties you wish to keep
- Timeline System Events displayed for Active Transmitter Online for ULXD6/8 transmitters do not always include Transmitter Device ID in the event description
- SLX and ULX frequencies in Master List mode cannot be manually entered in the Coordination Workspace. They can, however, be coordinated and analyzed

Known Issues
- The use of packet scanning security software may cause audio performance issues with IntelliMix Room.
- Presets saved in IntelliMix V2.0 cannot be utilized with IntelliMix Room V1.0.
- In order to transition from a trial license to a paid license before trial expiration, the IntelliMix Room endpoint must be deactivated and reactivated. Otherwise, the entire trial license term will be used before utilizing the paid license.
- When using Dante Domain Manager (DDM) and the permissions configuration for the devicefor the device is set to “prevent”are set to read only or the DDM server is offline, you can still upgrade IntelliMix Room.
- Changing the System Name of the host computer after installation of IntelliMix Room also changes the Dante Device name, as seen in Dante Controller. The Shure device name stays the same. This does not affect device performance and can be ignored.
- Discovery of IntelliMix Room within Designer software can take up to 5 minutes if IntelliMix Room is restarted without internet access.
- Ensure that the system/device name of the computer running IntelliMix Room is unique and abides by Microsoft’s recommendation of 15 characters or less. IntelliMix Room relies on this unique name for proper Shure and Dante network operation.
- It’s been seen that IntelliMix Room can utilize more resources on specific computer models (Dell XPS Laptops)
- Certain Bluetooth devices may not persist in the PC Input/Output device dropdown selection after a restart of the computer. Audio will still pass.
- When using IntelliMix Room, Designer may show a red dot and invalid software version for that device after installation. Close and re-open Designer or reboot the machine running IntelliMix Room to fix the issue
